Sun Direct DTH: Is Other States cannot be subscribed to other language packages?

Hi, Is Other State people can't be subscribed to other packages channels.Eg: If a subscriber from Kerala can only be subscribed to Malayalam Package or can he subscribe to any other basic package (Tamil/Kanada/Telugu).Why i am asking is All malayalam basic package is free for all subscribers who subscribed to any basic package.RegVasanth

Its not like that..u can select any basic package irrespective of the state u r residing in:thumbsup:..
