SUN DTH not working ....for all???

My DTH connection is not working for last three days.. in between all channels are coming, but not through out the day... CC line is always busy..after 1 hour try i got one person in line and said its technical problem... i dont understand the technical problem for 3 days1.really fed up with this. some how waiting to complete the 1 year period2. Irresponsible CC. they are switching off CC when they are facing problems it seems 3.Sun direct is not bothered about customers it seems. Advertising Shalom TV they got lots of Kerala Customers and after getting enough, they removed the channel. Now they are asking Channel people for huge carriage money.what kind of cheap business tactics?Now DTH itself is not there... all are facing this problem ? any idea ?

I dont think there is any problem, may be problem in recieving signal or some package problem, check with CC. We do reach CC on the same line never I have found that number switched off, but u have to wait to speak to them, better try toll free (even works on mobile) and put on loud speaker.

Shalom tv is watched by only limited christains, and there are new channels like fox, fox crime etc. added in that transponder place so many would be happy for that reason.

No issues for me. Had been able to reach them over last week, on the following, took more than 1 try though ...
