Still in C band, Sun Network opens channels like SuryaTV, ChuttiTV and KiranTV as FTA. You can receive these channels with FTA MPEG4 receiver.

Please refer below link
Insat 3A/4B at 93.5°E - LyngSat

They are MPEG 2. You can receive these channels with FTA MPEG2 receiver.
U2 is MPEG4.

Please refer below link
Insat 3A/4B at 93.5°E - Satcodx3

I agree, but don't refer Satcodx3 for format, it always display MPEG2 even for the transmission is in MPEG4

I am really sorry to shoot this question again. TV9, TV5, Bhakti TV are free to air channels. If the same channels are being listed in SUN DTH, then how come it is not listed in the Dish TV DTH.I have one more query here. If I replace the existing Dish (Dish TV installed dish) with 180cm dish and connect the C-band lnb to it and connect the cable to Dish TV Set top box and also to the FTA set top box, Will I still be able to receive the existing channels from dish tv and also the FTA channels from INSAT 2E because we all know Dish TV is INSAT 4B (93.0E) and the FTA channels are available on INSAT 2E.

Listed in DISH TV DTH means? If you are asking in TV channel list in STB, then reason is that these channels are MPEG-4, which DISH STB cannot detect and hence place them in Radio list. If you are talking about DISH Website, then they cannot officially mention channels from other private operators although they mention about DD DTH channels in website as it is FTA.

You may able to scan & receive channels from C-band, but not from DISHTV as DISHTV works in Ku band. (but I don't know if DISH STB allows to add and scan TP manually). DISHTV operates on NSS6 (95 deg) and not on Insat 4B. Insat 4B is used by DD DTH & SUN DTH
