for a common man open tv and active services r not going to be of any importance, sun direct is a common man product and these active services r not going to make much difference for them expect a few ppl, this is going to be the same with other dth providers aswell.

just 15 lakhs in 4 states considering their monopoly for 15 years...But its in one year is also another side of the coin...

Also consider the fact that Dish TV managed to sell only 40 lakhs all over India in than 3 years.
