Since yesterday, I have noticed the login page for router has changed (probably a remote firmware update), it contains captcha verification as well. Anyway, I tried entering 'stdONU101' as password, but it doesn't work anymore, any ideas? Also, user-user combination didn't work(forbidden error or something along those lines)

The best practice is try to get the following details at the time of Installation/Activation (when LCO visits your premises).
Ask them at Gun Point.
So that you can reset your modem/ONT/ONU/Whatever it may call whenever you see fit and reconfigure them.

Customer ID:
Service ID:
Account No.:
Broadband User ID:
Broadband Password:
VLAN ID:
MTU: 1452

Voice
IP Address:
Subnet Mask:
Deffault Gateway:
Primary DNS:
Secondary DNS:
Voice Username:
Voice Password:

They have to change the password when it's being setup. If your LCO is unresponsive just reset it, take it to your exchange. They'll set it up for you, and hopefully they'll be friendly enough to share the password.

@ZeroTwo Why are the following needed from the LCO?
Customer ID:
Service ID:
Account No.:
(These can be accessed from the monthly/yearly bill)

(And in Voice)
IP Address:
Subnet Mask:
Deffault Gateway:
Primary DNS:
Secondary DNS:

The following are accessible/visible in the ONT:
Broadband User ID:
Broadband Password:
VLAN ID:
MTU:
And In Voice, the following are accessible:
Voice Username:
Voice Password:

@alap4m
Customer ID, Service ID, Account No. can be access from bill (if the bill is generated) but the details won't be available for the first 5 days (for new activation).

For very old connection they use static VoIP IP which can be access from ONT.
Some LCO changed the ONT's admin credentials and provide only user credentials which is limited to LAN/WLAN settings.

If you can access ONT's admin portal than you can note all the details without asking them.
