Syrotech router keeps changing its name and settings

When I turn on whitelist mac filter. Then it shows no internet on connected devices

You need to add the MAC address of all the devices you are using to the list. Do you see any unknown devices in the LAN table?
You can see that using Fing mobile app on your Android or iPhone

Go to management>Device management>Restore default (Reset button control (enable)). Select Restore factory default. Also, send a screenshot of your software version.

SoftWare Version1.0.35-200604. when I restore configuration to default . It will show a timer after which the Device must be reset . And the device also blinks . All lights three times . Then a red light. But the settings are still not getting reset
