Cousin wants to buy a 7"/10" tablet for not more than 10k. Usage will be for Facebook,browsing, playing small games by her kids. Just casual usage. Nothing heavy. GPS is needed. 2G/3G support would be nice (Sim/Dongle).

You'll most surely not get a good 10inch screen in that budget.
