Takes long time for Internet Access

I am recently facing some problem with my ISP, I have BSNL FTTH in Kerala.

Since a last few weeks, it is taking 30-40minutes to connect to internet access after the modem restarts. But VoIP is getting registered immediately and working as normal, Only Internet is taking so much while to connect.

When asked to the ISP and local LCO, they both can't figureout the issue and is not responding now.

Does anyone have any Idea about this? What maybe the problem or what can i do for the turnaround.?

My modem is Netlink HG323RGW

Register a complaint using the BSNL Selfcare app, calling people won't do anything. As long as complaint is open in the app the LCO is losing money.
 
Ajai bro call the LCO directly or ask the nearest bsnl exchange to connect with him while ur on line and ask him to check and tell them will disconnect if not solved( only use this method if calling dosent work) . LCO eduth vere oru router vech test cheyth nokkan para.

Really! This "disconnect" thing works?
 
@Kaiju404 they want customers at the end of the day, sometimes it works othertimes if he's the only LCO in the area good luck 😂
