on the phone it displays Aircel (ind 32) and below it is written tata docomo , it displays the roaming sign (r) in my phones screen and moreover the cell info shows the offers given by aircel and not by docomo. After calling the customer care they confirmed that aircel shares its network with tata docomo in HP.
