In reality there is no 40 min disconnection rule for docomo it just a network problem they hv but they will not confess that.. coz once i got a call after reporting on FB page of docomo and they say they hv this network issue for past 2-3 months now.. SO this is the truth this is Network issue for which gprs/3g data connection do not stay for long..
They do not care if its fixed or not.. actually the CC/nodal or whoever there are for support are only paid for making excuse and nothing more then that..
Till now after been using most of the operator Docomo is worse..
Note the 39:58, 39:59 and 40:00 disconnections. I have logs of last few months. Each time it disconnects @ 40 mins. I'm not talking BS.
This is intentional disconnection, not network congestion based.

Hmmm I couldn't test as im using on Android.. But u might be right.. If they Really hv tht Stupid rule then its totally illegal and quite problematic. Like in a scenario when ur making payment online..
and boom net disconnected .. ur money gone to merchant and the purpose was not served ...
anyways i kind a got a solution for those who are using android. it kind of helps..this just reconnects when connection drops https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gargamel.data.connection.fix&feature=search_result
i do not hv multiple phone.. anyways we all know how to port out.. TRAI shouldnt make rule like 90days before knowing wht will become of the the subscriber if the operator is crap
