I am also facing similar problems for the past 20 days - high ping times, packet loss, time out while opening sites and difficulty in connecting. The cc routinely logs the complaints, the customer service sends conciliatory emails saying that the problem is being attended to. An engineer has also visited couple of times and has given a service report that 6 packets lost in 1000 i.e. 0% (interesting)! Well, to cut the story short, I am still under observation.
