It seems they are not allowing them to install connections as they are loosing the customers.

I have hear that some places Tata Sky or any other dth operators are beaten when they come to install the dish. So they come at night to install.

So here how this thing happens..first TS called local cable operator that they are coming to install..so cable operators called local "bhai" who will send some gundas in the nearby location..then they will beat up TS guys and TS guys will call up customer that they can't install cause they're beaten by gundas..what a sh*tload of cr*p.
