Tenda AC10 Latest Firmware

Tenda official firmwares getting Format error and not sure if ACT has solution to this as I have moved to Airtel, only a current ACT user using Tenda AC10 can give some light.

My Tenda Act router only shows AC10. How do I know it is v1 or v3. Current firmware is V1.0.18
Will this below work on it?

Sold the router received from ACT and took another refubrished router. All done and dusted.

Hi All,
I just wanted to update my firmware from V1.0.8_multi to V1.15.X but unable to do so because the router seems to be unable to connect to backend server for patch updates.. Can you please advise the next step ? Thanks

Currently I'm trying to get the general configuration file from non act router but I'm unable to get
