Watched it today. Enjoyed it, more so because, I hardly remember the story of the first Tobey Maguire movie and for some reason, I liked Garfield's acting more than Maguire's. Wasn't dark enough though. The romance part is much better than the previous series

Watched it yesterday. It was "amazing", but not dark enough? The graphics part is a lot better than the previous version. Plus, they show us the action scenes through spiderman's eyes and that looked really cool in 3D.I'd say its a 7/10. Good movie, worth watching. Could have been more darker with more drama. Although, Emma Stone was perfect in this one

just came back from the show. loved the movie. could have been darker but i suppose they want to appeal to a broader audience. lizard was sadly not a formidable villain. they gave him too little time to terrorize the town and spider-man. but then, this is what you get in the first installment in a series where you have to develop the character. Andrew Garfield is awesome as Spider-Man. I believe the second movie in the previous franchise was probably the best of the lot but Sony did a good job with this one. Emma Stone did a great job. But of course she is not Mary Jane.

had a question for people who have watched the movie. did he kill the killer of his uncle? i seem to have forgot if he was able to find that dude.
