The death itself isn't important in the show's perspective. Fine, it provided a shock moment. What will be important is how the writers use this death in it's aftermath. How it affects the other characters and where they go from here. I have trust in Robert and Michelle King.
His death also I imagine solve the fraud vote case for Peter right? I was worried that Eli might do a fist bump on hearing the news. I guess I have extremely low image of him in my mind
Maybe. As far as I remember, he did bow down to Alicia's requests during campaigning when she asked him to keep the family out.
Anyways I just saw the episode again and the way the whole scene was shot, it almost felt like Rain of Castamere. The music starts playing, the actors playing their part and suddenly chaos erupts. Also loved how Kalinda throws that glass at Fox.
What scene with fox? Is it next episode cos I didn't see any in this.
Eli is one of my favorite characters in this show. Man does anything for his job but also honors his friendship with Alicia. I was sure he would give the phone to Alicia cos he knew Will personally having worked with him and he looked shocked and sad hearing the news.
