In my experience, Green means be very careful while proceeding because some asshole would be jumping the red light and would hit you.
Yellow means bhaag lo beta varna bahut wait karna padega.
Red means... Gaadi band karo, Gaana tej karo. And hopefully park in such a way that no biker would be in 2 meter distance of your car because he is going to hit you one way or the other.
