I do not think Mika's work is any easy. The 1-2 hours you spend on the stage takes a lot of your energy. You have to entertain the crowd, interact with them, pose with them for photos, keep them interested and so on...

Sure he is getting very well paid for that. And it is a Delhi wedding so people have reputation to maintain.

Seriously?!! How much film shooting take? Say for example, how much Salman Khan takes per film?

Assuming 75 crore and Salman spends like 30 days on sets = 240 hrs?

Converts to little more than 30 lakhs/hr.

My cousin when he was in hero puch some 15-18 years ago booked sharukh for 25 lac at that time.............. Can you imagine? 2 days and 25 lacs 15-18 years ago

It was not about how much Salman charges for functions / events.
It was "average" based comparison w.r.t profession. (Salman's profession is to act in movies / Mika's profession is to sing)
25 lacs/hr for Mika is surprising, that is what I was trying to convey.
2 such performance a month and Mika would be earning 12 crores per year.
i.e. just 2 days (48 hours) of work in whole year = 12 crores in pocket

You didn't account for how many performance he gets in a month....... He doesn't want too many per month, that way he makes his exclusivity......... He won't do more in a month anyway

You are only going to get paid the top price for such events if you can get new songs that become popular in movies etc. And you have to remain a popular known celebrity as well.

ohh you said it like 2 days (48 hours) ...............when he spends 2 hours on stage he gives actually more than 6-8 hours maybe more ,inclusive of time wastage in travel etc , reharsal , or whatever
shahrukh wasted 2 days for 1 -2minute ad 15 or so years ago, travel , going to place of shooting + whatever
