In a dark and hazy room, peering into a crystal ball, the fortune teller delivered grave news:
"There's no easy way to tell you this, so I'll just be blunt.
Prepare yourself to be a widow. Your husband will die a violent and horrible death this year..
"Visibly shaken, Laura stared at the woman's lined face, then at the single flickering candle, then down at her hands.
She took a few deep breaths to compose herself and to stop her mind racing. She simply had to know...She met the fortune teller's gaze, steadied her voice and said
"Will I be acquitted..?"

lol. i mean sure it feels offensive but i am not sure if it is a crime. is it?

I am guessing you can take photo as part of the crowd or something. But not a specific individuals photo specifically (Maybe celebrities have exception).

I am still not sure how it can be illegal enough to call the police. Unless of course there is physical harassment.

May be some "right to privacy" law can be used here. Only lawyer can clarify.

CCTV would capture every that passes by it. Here you are being targetted for a photograph. However, doubt it will be as strict. At best the cops might slap the guy & lock them up for the night & book for eve teasing if pressure is mounted & then let him off with a warning/fine..

is it eve teasing if i am taking a photo from a distance of say 10 feet? i mean sure if the guy was actually teasing you while taking photos i get that. i mean this is the kind of law that would affect photographers.
