For fiber, are you sure? Airtel has more broadband customers but it is still behind BSNL. ACT has mainly fiber customers.

In noida as well airtel is not able to lay fiber as they are not getting permission for road cutting. They were able to lay in Sector 44 Noida only because Sunil Mittal's cousin lives there and is well connected.

Its all about money. There is hell lot of corruption in Municipal corporations. Even though we do not have Municipal Corporation in Noida, yet Noida Authority behaves in the similar fashion
