I have DoH in both firefox & opera.
Noticed the error like 2-3 days back.
Maybe goodbyedpi is interfering with it
Can reach rss feed though (feedburner domain)

PhonePe is again down wrt credit card payments. Paytm did accept the transaction but it is struck in transaction. money has not deducted from the account...
