Tbh. Tow away vehicles don't use these kind of ramps coz handbrake won't allow movement. This is likely the electric car ran out of juice.

Traffic officials aren't this gentle while towing cars. It ran out of juice or there was some issue with the car.

If a person is in some emergency, I wonder what he can do with an EV which is out of juice.

Last year in December, Ashik Patel, a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat won the "007" registration after making a bid for Rs 34 lakh. Now, he has backed out and did not pay. However, he did get the same registration number for his second vehicle by paying only Rs 25,000.
