What options do I have if one of my neighbors has rented a part of his house to a LPG distributor for storage of LPG cylinders? I would like to believe that the government does not allow LPG cylinder storage near residential areas?

Every day, 2-3 times, 2-3 autos would come and load the cylinders in the back for distribution.
