1. Click Advanced.
sub menu will appear.
2. Select WAN : vpi vci 0 and 35 click EDIT
3. New page will open . Uncheck " bridged"
4. Check PPP and PPPoe
5. Enter your user name without @ bsnl.in
6. Enter your password.
7. Select Idle time 0
8. Select "always On"
Now SAVE reboot.
Wait for two minutes.
You will get message lan cable is disconnected in Task bar.
It will disappear.
After two or three minutes ( Patience required)

Does the internet work ? can you open web sites ?
Now you are always connected as soon as you switch on the modem and computer.
