I have multiple questions:

1) what is the difference between franchisee route and lease line?
2) You have multiple ips from ticfiber?
3) LCO = Local Cable Operator?
4) What is this image Thinking of deploying FTTH network in a village. | Internet General Discussions ?
1. Franchisee model works by a profit sharing deal, where the local franchisee will install, maintain the last mile network and handle customers where the provider isp will handle billing and bandwidth.
2. I don't have static IP from ticfiber but ticfiber provides 2 static ip addresses for free if you take thier SME plans and can offer additional ips if you pay for it.
3.yes
4. It's a screenshot taken from the probe stats page of ripe Atlas project. I host a probe for the project.

Also, don’t know if Eronet has coverage in Madhya Pradesh. Have written to them tho!

edit: they have in Jabalpur. And Jabalpur is 50km away me.

They usually have two separate lines. One is for FTTx and the another one for mobility and they keep them separate.

For Franchisee you need company right? What are my options for multiple ip (hosting purpose) for an individual (doing it for fun)

if you want multiple ips, european hosting providers should provide it ofc you would have to use their service. Europe has more IP Addresses available than Asia.
