Avg download speed hovers around 400-500kBps.

RCOM RevB with extremely low signal.

I bought the 20+20 GB plan today, MTS store said since they have plenty of backlog it will take 7 days for activation.

They ran speed test for me to check, it was 1.4mpbs/1.7mpbs, which meets my requirement of 1.5mpbs upload, so I bought it. Customer friendly store, took the xerox of the ID himself, reading the reviews I'm not expecting the same friendliness with customer care. ;-)

Went for the non-wifi dongle so that it has more chances of supporting my router. Both the dongles were at the price of 999.

Customer service is always friendly while selling the product, you will need to wait and see how they respond when you face any issues.
