After seeing few tracert from my friends , i think this might be a routing issue.
Here is what you can do
On
windows :
1.)Start > All programs > Accessories > command prompt
2.) type the following
tracert www.mediafire.com
3.)Press enter
>> You should start seeing IP address starting to appear. See if you can find a address like

7 72 ms 7 ms 9 ms 115.248.212.234

Tell us if you see the IPs ending with flagtel.com
