Mozilla Messaging to focus on Thunderbird development

i thought i read somewhere that Mozilla no longer intended to continue thunderbird project. Infact nothing much happened as well in past 1 year or so.

actually it was moved from mozilla group to a new group named mozilla messaging. the official thunderbird site is now at mozillamessaging.com. it is still being developed actively. the official mozilla foundation is concentrating on firefox.

From where do they get the money for all this FF and Thunderbird. Their products are free of charge and has no ads also :o

Mozilla make millions from google every year.

google search result pages in firefox are liked to mozilla account.

every search adds up. every ad click on those search results add up. :)
