Tikona - Public Grievance Complaint Forum

Hi all,
i have been entered the torture chamber of tikona customer right after 4days of connection activation which was 18th august. raised a ticket due to frequent disconnection on 1st september with a tat of 24hrs and today is 24th september 24 days and still not resolved([color=#000000;][SIZE=11pt]The ticket number pending is :- 1-2776386817 Progressing 01/09/2013, last contact was on 3rd september from Tikona)[/color][/SIZE]
I wrote to nodal officer with no help.
Anyone who has issues like me or worse, urge all of you to lodge a public grievance in the below forum - TRAI

I have paid for a static ip on saturday along with the form required and yet i havent received my static ip!!!
