Time for Big TV to invest in their CC infrastructure

i have booked a big tv connection on wednesday....its 50 hrs already....and whenever i call them at around 11:30night time...they say techical team will b at your home tommorow...i am not able to call CC during morning.....to night 11:30...network busy all the time...how r u guys able to call them..am i the only one facing this problem...

they spend so much on promotions....it seems they r only interested in selling products....not after sales support...:wall:they shud atleast come up with a non toll free number......

umm why a paid customer support number?i hate when i have to call airtel support from mobile. it takes too long and i pay for that!

i feel those needing info abt the product will choke the line to some extent...those who need to contact CC urgently will not mind paying call charges.....in any case they will have option of going for toll fee number too..

I bought BIG TV three days back and still I am unable to reach the Toll free customer care and the STD no. gets connected rarely if I keep on dialing and but I am getting only the recorded message saying all the customer care representatives are busy so wait. Is there any other way to get the installation done.

i had called them now....finally...they said they r having problems with their systems...so processing work orders is slow...and too many connections being booked..blah blah..asked me call after some time...guy was repeating "sorry for incovenience" like crazy..i dont blame this guy...but looks like big tv rushed things to make a fast commercial launch..i am waiting since 3 days too..:wall::wall:

Am waiting for 6days for Installation...If anyone in HYD is intrested I will sell my connection at a 10% discountI really fear Big Tv service
