Yes,60 GHz should be liberalised so that each telecom as well as general user can use it for top class line to line communication and backhaul.
If they sell it,it would be very hard to minister.
Just liberalise it.

I've had Sim cards of all operators - Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL, Aircel, Tata, R-Comm.
It's the operators that got shut down , I never ported any number till now.
