as a matter of fact, I professionally love and deal with CentOS, but personally I use ubuntu.

Talking about drivers - Arch linux has probably best repository. They call it AUR (Arch User Repository) - where any user can contribute.

Mostly you find any driver there.

I used Redhat/Fedora (for desktop) for 15-17 yrs. But from 2yrs switched to Arch.

It saves me lots of time every 6 months as I do not have to "upgrade" whole distro.

Zorin OS:
The distribution's ultimate goal is to provide a Linux alternative to Windows and let Windows users enjoy all the features of Linux without complications

Due to this you lose charm / fun of Linux. If you want windows alternative then yes may be its good.

But if you want to LEARN actual Linux then nope - not useful.

That's why i recommended it for first timers, its a good distro for them to start with. You don't want to recommend first timers a Linux distro with a huge learning curve right off the bat, that will just cause them to run back to windows.

If your goal is to learn everything about Linux and become technically advanced, go with Arch Linux, there's Manjaro as well which is based on Arch so you might like to check Manjaro Linux.
