Tp link archer x500v issues

TP-Link Archer XR500v has the PON port colour coded 'green' (for APC) in the product images but under specifications, they have mentioned that the device has the SC/UPC interface.

Yes, you may mate a SC/APC and SC/UPC connector at your own risk.
Not only this will cause signal loss but also, you will end up permanantly damaging the polished fiber end face.

Because I have TP-Link tx6610 ONT which has sc/apc port but I have a sc/UPC patch cord.
My signal has decreased by -2db after moving from optilink to tplink.

Signal means db only, Rx power decrease by 2 to 5 dbs. My optical signal lost by 6dbs,so ask bsnl to replace with green connector. Wire is same just replace blue with green connector.

Can u please provide the details how you able to connect XR500V to BHARAT FIBER as i am stuck. PON light just remains blinking. Presently using GENEXYS modem and it sucks. My fiber cable is ST/UPC.
