Unable to change plan on BSNL Broadband Self Service Portal

Whenever I try to change the plan through self-service portal it logs me out of the portal
Is anyone else facing the same issue?

anyone changed plan recently via selfcare in West Bengal Telecom Circle ? I have raised the request 2 days back, still status is showing as "In Progress". Any idea whether it will be done automatically or I need to visit local exchange?
