Hi people,I am unable to connect to my router (UT300R2U), i am getting a 400 bad request, i did delete all cookies and history in my browser. I am unable to connect to connect to the internet, despite the fact that the internet LED keeps on blinking, please suggest a solution. If i ping 192.168.1.1, i am able to receive all the packets.

you are using USB connection for UT300R2U - right ?
try 192.168.1.2 for the modem console . See Guide

Can u able to surf other sites? Try disabling ur firewall and try 192.168.1.1

Make sure you have correct LAN configuration..and you have enter right user name and password.

thanks for the inputs and no i am not using USB, I tried accessing the router disabling the firewall as well i am able to browse the web, but i am unable to access the web interface as per the guide, it asks me to disable connecting via the proxy server, that is already the default mode, when i tried connecting now i got an "Error 400 bad request"

have u accessed ur router home page before? I mean has this problem started off late or was it existing since day 1?Well... the last alternative (which works most of the time) is to reset ur modem to factory defaults. Thats the only way I think u can solve this issue..

i was able to access the router home page once i restored my OS tats the only logical thing i could think of because these things started occurring when i had installed a anti-spyware, i unistalled it and restored my system then i was able to access my router page. Thanks for all of the responses
