Unable to open certain websites on BSNL

I have been unable to open certain websites like NDTV, IBNLive on BSNL. Able to view them through proxfree website, so does not seem problem with the websites. Any know connectivity issues on BSNL now?

I would be surprised if someone on BSNL tries to use BSNL provided DNS.
OpenDNS has few problems for dynamic IP, people have been playing with putting necessary sites on blocks,
I've personally seen gmail, facebook blocked by some kid on Dynamic IP with OPENDNS and you need to report it to get it unblocked.
Google DNS is certainly way to ahead in DNS world as of today and with free to everybody its even tastier.

:nonchalance: I had forgotten to even set it to either after resetting it due to some reason when I was shifting my house.
So yeah its BSNL default. Chrome browser.

I have to switch between Google and OpenDNS on a regular basis when I face random issues accessing popular websites on my connection. When nothing else works, I just connect the VPN. Has saved me a lot of pain over the last couple of months.

Actually BSNL dns and google dns works good for me. I get the lowest response time with google dns and bsnl dns
