Unfair billing practice of Idea cellular

Updating my Idea experience.
As I reported earlier, I did have teething problems when I first ported to Idea. I got excellent service from the My Idea franchisee but poor communication from their email support. I was not able to register on their webportal for many days. I later found that their portal was being updated and the update was complete on 12th July. Since then it has been working fine for me. I am quite satisfied with Idea. Earlier I ported to Idea because their network was excellent even though I had previously (as a prepaid customer) experienced high unexplained charges and poor CC.
Now as a postpaid customer, I am availing a very economical plan too. Consider that I am a Mumbai circle customer using it in Pune.
