Update :
I've talked to one of the nodal officers of BSNL and he said he has received similar complaints from 4-5 different districts of Maharashtra.

change default passwords, remove every service from WAN interface in Access Control (or similarly named) panel.

if you have any ip cameras on your network, make sure they're not exposed to the internet - nat/double nat, separate vlans, private nets whatever. i don't think there's a single camera/dvr marketed in India that's not exploited already. i'd bet there's 10000 times more cases of ip cams being commandeered than lco misbehavior.

Hello, I had a similar issue today. I was listening to some Spotify at night, then suddenly a sign in page opened and showed that I had used all of my data. I used the BSNL Pro app on android to see that I have used 1.95tb of data today. How is this possible? I have a 150mbps connection. I wanna know if they resolved your problem
