So I have been using airtel since 2-3 years and Iam an editor hence my data consumption is very high per month, 3-4TB a month.

Earlier there was a way of using more than 3.3TB. But its been fixed/patched now.

My question is - What are my other options, Given that Airtel doesn't even provides a data booster or top up.
I dont want to upgrade to business plans as my data consumption varies alot. I could be less than 2TB a month and then more than 4TB the next month.


I have local isp with unlimited internet but they are dogshit and never fix their service once its broken.
For the people using Jio fiber, Can you please confirm whats the situation after once you use more than 3.3TB ? On their website it says they will cancel your subscription but nothing about speed limitation.

addon data is usually quite expensive. Getting another secondary connection should be cheaper.

Take a business connection and loose OTT benefits or move to local ISP.

@krish00666 your city? Have you tried excitel? They have up to 400 Mbps plans which is cheaper than Airtel's 100 Mbps plan. It comes with no FUP for your non commercial usage.

@Zuke i suppose it requires GST certificate in any name and letterhead declaring authorised person to take connection.
