now iam trying to connect local ISP fiber but the link light is not glowing and the connection is not unlinking if downgrade the firmware.. is that possible ? and please the firmware.. my firmware version is 3FE49362JJIJ54 ... if you have 3FE49362JJIJ50 please share thanks

I see! This local ISP, what technology is it using? GPON or EPON?
Also what's the colour of your fiber connector? Blue or Green?

There you have it brdr, there's no guarantee SC UPC will work with SC APC receptacle, get a patch cable which ends up in SC APC.
