Unofficial word from Airtel Broadband on speed increase!

What a joke, They could have atleast reduced the speed to 512 or even 256 after Fair Usage Policy, but not 64 kbps :hysterical:

Its a mistake obviously, 899 reduces to 256 kbps , 999 should reduce to 512 kbps

also, the 899 plan says upto 2Mbps while the 999 plas says 2MbpsAnd 999 includes Rs 100 free callsSo in effect for the same price you get upto 2Mbps for 7GB followed by unlimited 256 or guaranteed 2Mbps for 7GB followed by 64kbpsBut none of these 2 plans are suitable for downloading, only for surfingAnd with FUP I think plans should be read as Speed of __kbps upto __GB followed by __ kbps(Similar to airtels own advertising of 500 Unlimited SMS/day or Unlimited(2GB) mobile office)
