i do not think people ever used imps/rtgs/neft for retail shopping. sbi has made upi extremely painful. because it take my dad three days to transfer his pension from his sbi account to his indusind account which is what i force him to use for banking.

2 days back on saturday, I did 4 transactions. 3 went thru and one got stuck in "in progress" page of PhonePe. phonepe said ask sbi. sbi said ask phonepe. got my money returned back to phonepe today. absolute fuck all customer service

Two of my Tez payments are in 'processing' mode since hours now. Amount debited from my bank.

@Nishant Same here. Two transfers failed(debited from bank) using Axis app.
So tried the 3rd one with MyAirtel app and it got through.

Tried adding funds to Paytm using UPI through Tez. Did not work. Paytm failed to initiate a payment request.
