If you took the plan with a guarantee of 1:1 then take it up with the local nodal officer, the CC are useless for such complaints. I am on the 799 plan with a guarantee of 1:1, at the moment I am getting it so no problems, but if they do drop it down then I will definitely take it up with the nodal officer.

I have emailed the matter to nodal officer of ncr. Hope to hear something positive. If not then goodbye to airtel...MTNL is much better.

Yeah that's ok...no problem...I have got my speed back:yahoo:. Now it's 50-55KB/s Upload. EDIT: it's gone now 10-12KB/s again. Seems they are playing with server.

It seems they have made this reduced upload permanent:wall:. I have no other options but to get this pathetic connection disconnected. Reason for UL connection is P2P...I don't want to be a leecher. Usually my share ratios are 1:3 now it has reduced to sucking 1:0.90
