Yeah man! I can feel your pain :( So are you shifting to another plan? Or another ISP? Please let me know what you are doing so that i can also plan accordingly.

I have written to Nodal Officer...If they don't change my plan to 1:1 or even 2:1 I have not other options but to say goodbye to Airtel.
 
Why 2:1! We need 1:1 at least! We were getting that earlier so why not now? Can you please fwd me the mail you sent? Ill also write to the nodal officer. My email is my user id at gmail dot com.
 
They promise 1:1 na?? then ask for 1:1, am sure that they would give u that..or else say to them that u r gonna say goodbye to their connection.
 
They didn't promise anything...but I was not told while getting connection that it's gonna be 4:1 either, else I would have never taken it.

I just wonder if they are bocking the torrents? I'm getting less than 1KB/s download on torrent that is seeded by 40 Peeps.:cry:

Hey don't just email them...call them up. Number of nodal officer is 011 4161 4777. You'll get a complaint number. Don't forget to note it down. Unlike customer care guys who informed speed was perfectly OK, I was assured that this problem will be rectified. Hope for the best.
 
i have always been getting 256DL and 80UL except when those speed boosts were therei used to get 2000DL and 20-25ULall speeds in kbps
 
I am also getting low upload speeds though I am on a different plan!

What upload are you getting on 1mbps line?
