i am on 799 ul 256kbps plan and getting 40kbps download speed:thumbsup:
but upload speed ia coming around 15 to 20kbps:thumb:

u r not getting good speed
i ll tell u the reason
i am also on 799 ul plan
earlier i also used to get 15 to 25kbps download speed
i called up airtel technician of my area
he came and checked my connection
the fault was the regular ping breaks
when i ping and site ---request time out came
so he called backend and problem was resolved in 2 hours
now my download speed is 35 to 40kbps continous.:thumb:

Ok guys.. I had raised a complaint regarding the issue a long time back.. The Airtel engineers have visited my home 2 times and i've got 4-5 calls from them regarding the same. I am NOT letting them close this complaint until the bring back my upload speed. I request you ALL to do the same. Raise a complaint about upload speed, and do not let them close the complaint. That way day after day the complaint gets escalated to higher levels. Maybe then something will happen about this issue. So please guys, join me on this

What is the normal upload speed of UL 384 plan. am getting 20 kbps.Is it normal ?
