what's the difference between 50Hz and 100Hz tv?what tv systems are here in INDIA? (B/K, I, M)?????? what are they?

doh, where are you getting the tv from??? why need to worry about all this stuff...???i think in india its PAL B/G ... so B/K might fit. although im not sure

Sony india sites shows these TV systems in their models specs. some had some, some had few ! that's why asked!

late last year after i got hitched, i spent a meager 11000 bucks on a pretty decent 29" Philips television. i am not a fan of expensive LCD/TFT screens.

i find Hitachi to be better than Sony. in the budget segment i find Philips better than any other player.
