Using DLink DSL 2750U as a Wireless Access Point on Airtel Xstream fiber

Hey guys, I am a total beginner and noob of sorts when it comes to things like these. I currently installed the Airtel Fiber at my place. The router is the Nokia G2425G-A. My problem is that the Fiber connection is installed on the ground floor of my house and there is very less connectivity on the first floor. I have another old router which is the D-Link DSL 2750U. Can this router be used as a wireless access point ? If yes, can you please help me through it or share a guide if possible ? A wired way through cable won’t be possible as I do not have a wire with me right now. I have searched a lot but can’t seem to find anything that works. Please help. Thank you

Looking through the user manual here, it doesn't look like your D-Link router supports operation in wireless repeater mode. You're SOL until you get a cable.
