Companies like Verizon, AT&T and BT provide services to multinationals in India. Mostly they provide connectivity from Indian offices of a MNC to their offices in say Europe or UK. No multinational will EVER want to enter consumer ISP business in India because of the corruption in Indian government from the very top to bottom. Who in the right state of mind will want to step in this cesspool? You must have noticed what has happened to both Vodafone and Telenor, who were brave enough to invest in our country.

They have been here for quite long. This is their enterprise division. This was earlier MCI, which was later bought over by Verizon. In a way, they are one, and still not the same.
