Very bad experience of Reliance broadband services

I had got connection of reliance broadband in Dec2010, it was work fine for first 4 days. then its start giving problems. Almost now from 25 days my connection is not working and the attached fone is also dead. Afetr giving lots of complaint always I got new complaint ID but no issue solved. Its a very bad nad frustraiting experience for me.

Did you contact the nodal officer's dept./service assurance desk?

@Dhananjay....Why dont u directly talk to any executive at their CC?? At times its lot more responsive & helpful.If u r in Mumbai, i am pretty sure that even if u just register a complaint, u will get a call from their side. It happened to me yesterday only - within 20/25 minutes of registering, i got a call.And i repeat again - all may not be that lucky, but still, the CC is responsive.
