Very Slow Speed in Kolkata

I have just taken one photon + connection recently. It is said that the speed can be upto 3.1 Mbps. But Believe me I am getting a speed of 200 kbps. I spoke to customer care so many times, but didn't get any proper Response. Can anyone help me

did you try rechecking the speeds during night time?

During night time, the problem is slight different. During that time, frequent disconnection starts

Thnx Pawan for sharing your thoughts. Actually I have tested the photon + device in other computer. The problem is same. Actually what is the problem I am telling you. If you connect that device and if you r not using Internet for 3 to 4 mints.. It doesn't helps the browser to work. And so If I open a page, It doesn't load. Please Help

See, for the activation of your photon+ just visit Tata Indicom : Wireless Internet, Wireless Phones & Mobile Phones and find the customer ccare number of your locality. It takes minimum 2 days for activation. They will verify your your details first by phone then they will activate
