Video Calling on 3G: Smartphone recommendations

I want to purchase two cellphones for video calling over 3G. One for me and one for my parents. So which cellphone would be the best bet? I want one of them to be expensive (for me) and one to be, not that expensive (for my parents as they wouldn't need all the extra features). So which cellphones should I go for?

how expensive? get the samsung Galaxy s ii for yourself. and any android phone with a front facing camera with your parents.

I can buy the S2, but I am thinking of iPhone 5 too! Any suggestions about the android model for my parents?

it will probably release this year could be next month or by the end of the year but it would not be here in india for another year. probably more. i am waiting for someone to suggest a budget segment android smartphone with video calling capabilities.

Phone Finder results - GSMArena.com list of android devices with front cameras. Seems Samsung i9003 ~18k is the only decent option.

Screw the Androids I say. Get a Nokia C6-01. In fact, try it in the showroom. Pick ANY Android phone in that price point and see if it has better specs. It also has a front facing camera. And it doesn't take a lot to figure out that Nokia is the best when it comes to stuff to do with making calls.

actually makes sense. your parents are likely to be more comfortable with a Nokia. no need going for an android device!
